(note: if Monday is a public holiday, the Center is closed on the following weekday)
1st January, Lunar New Year’s Eve and Day, Chuseok Eve and Day, and Establishment Day of NNIBR(3rd June) - Temporary closure days Designated days deemed necessary by the Director for visitor safety and preservation of exhibits (e.g., natural disasters).

- Recipients of basic living allowance, and children from low-income or single-parent households
- 1 guardian per 10 children/youth group
- Residents of Donam-dong, Sangju-si (i.e., where the Center is located)
- Registered members of the Center
- Trainees who reserved an educational program within the application period through the Integrated Reservation System

Visitor guidelines
To ensure safety and a pleasant visit, please observe the following:
Follow all instructions for safe use of facilities
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited throughout the building. Please use designated smoking areas
- Maintain silence and refrain from running in exhibition spaces
- Outside food is not permitted inside the exhibition halls
- Do not touch or damage exhibits
- Pets are not allowed (guide dogs excepted)
- Use of flash, tripods, or photography for commercial purposes is prohibited
